LED Lighting Replacement Including New Suspended Acoustical Ceiling Building-wide (Q1)

• Replace aged fluorescent lighting with new LED

• Increase light levels and quality

• Increase energy efficiency, reduce utility costs

• Reduce maintenance costs for ballasts and bulbs

Roof Replacement (Q1)

• Replace 30+ year old asphalt-based roof with new membrane-type roof

• Includes modern minimums of insulation (current roof only has half inch of insulation)
